Munich, 10 May 2023 - Xempus, the leading independent software-as-a-service platform for the sale and administration of occupational pension provision, has acquired 100% of eVorsorge Systems GmbH, a leading provider of broker administration and portal solutions in the field of occupational pension provision, among others, as of 1 May 2023. Through the merger, the two companies intend to jointly tap into further market potential in occupational pension provision in Germany and internationally. With immediate effect, eVorsorge will operate on the market as a subsidiary of Xempus AG.
Digitising occupational pensions together
Both companies have made it their mission to digitise occupational pension provision for all stakeholders and thus make it accessible to as many people as possible.
Xempus is Europe's leading independent SaaS platform for the sale and administration of occupational pension schemes. Xempus makes pension provision easy for everyone involved: employees can understand pension provision; employers can easily inform and manage online; brokers can provide fully digital advice right through to the conclusion of the contract; insurers benefit from digital and customer-friendly processes.
eVorsorge specialises in the development, implementation and marketing of complex advisory and administration systems, particularly in the area of occupational pensions. The eVorsorge solutions are primarily aimed at sales organisations, large and specialist brokers, insurance companies and banks. They include a broker administration programme optimised for supporting large national or international companies and groups as well as highly configurable portal solutions for employers and employees.
The best of both worlds
By joining forces, the two companies aim to drive forward the digitalisation of occupational pension provision - company pension schemes, health insurance and employee benefits insurance - even faster and in a more user-friendly way.
From individual brokerage houses to the largest sales organisations, from the smallest to the largest companies, the customers of both companies will benefit from
1. a comprehensive range of products and services in the sales and administration of occupational pensions, with extensive configurable functionalities and state-of-the-art user experience
2. seamless, highly effective new business channels for brokers, employers and employees
3. flexible, customer-centred administration portals for employers and employees
4. leading broker administration solutions, optimised for corporate customer support.
