2016 KG completely sells stake in Highsnobiety/Titel Media GmbH

2016 KG has sold its entire stake in the global inspiration platform for fashion and streetwear trends Highsnobiety.

The transaction is expected to be completed at the beginning of July. 2016 KG made its first investment in Highsnobiety/Titel Media GmbH in August 2018 and will realise a very good investor result upon completion of the transaction.

A majority stake in Titel Media GmbH was acquired by Zalando SE, one of the leading online platforms for fashion and lifestyle in Europe. Highsnobiety will now act as a strategic and creative advisor to Zalando and further strengthen its capabilities in inspirational storytelling and assortment curation.
